Cancellation & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 6 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 5 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Why we don't accept returns:

• The nature of goods being perishable since no preservatives were being used.

• Customers may attempt to return partially used or improperly stored products.

• Processing returns (inspection, disposal, refund processing) adds logistical and financial burdens on us which is unacceptable since we operation in low margin.

• Accepting returns and reselling items could violate food safety laws.
